Donaldson & Co (DCI) reported $0.36 versus $0.34. The stock has nice upside and is worth looking at. The company produces filtration and replacement systems worldwide. A new criteria we will add to our comments is the price/sales ratio. Recently, we read a book that studied this ratio and found a low price/sales resulted in nice outperformance over time. A high price/sales could be troublesome. So if we can find stocks with an attractive price target and a low price/sales then we have a nice combination.
