New Buy Broadcom (BRCM) (Superstock Investor Morning Matters)

We are adding Broadcom (BRCM) as a new buy to our Model Portfolio. Why? The stock is VERY cheap on our stock scorecard and technically it is attempting to bottom at the current level.
